Here in NH it is pronounced NASH-ooo-ah. It is the name of a city. I hadn’t thought of making beads from something like metal cans. I hope I didn’t get rid of my paper bead kit when I destashed my craft room!!

Hi Lynn, Thanks for the correct pronunciation. Hopefully I will remember. I am a little bit addicted to rolling the soda can beads. So I hope you find your bead roller. Cheers, Cindy

Have you experimented with glue instead of tape? I am imagining I'd need to glue the end of one strip to the bead then glue the next strip on with the edge butted up to the last to avoid a thick section. I've ordered a bead roller so will experiment myself but thought I'd see if you had experience as well.

Hi I haven't tried any glues because I am not aware of one that I think would work. If you discover something I would love to know about it. Thanks for watching. Enjoy your bead roller. 🙂

Which of the beads you have made is your favorite style and how many different projects have you done making the beads
@UpcycleDesignLab6 ай бұрын
Hi thanks for your question and for watching. I am not sure if I have a favorite bead. I have made a lot of earrings with the different beads and I have also used what I call my oval bead (from a previous tutorial) to make all kinds of little insect creatures including an ant a ladybug bumblebee, caterpillar, grasshopper and a dragonfly. Here is a link to the dragonfly if you want to check it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f2fXfHuwjM6ii5Ysi=ARLHBwf-81xxOSrP

I thought the edges would be sharp, 😮 thanks for the warning to be careful when rolling. I see you holding the strips in a way that they must not cut skin very easily unless you run the edge on your skin. 😊

Thanks for watching. It's really not a dangerous process if you are a little bit careful.
