I love seeing you adjusting animals! When I got my cat adjusted 25+ years ago, people thought I was a wacko! But people animals have spines and joints and get pain too! Consider Chiropractic! It could help with pain in their joints, especially with Breeds that are prone to arthritis in their hips etc You never want to have your beloved animals in pain! So at least get a consultation from a Chiropractor and see what they can do before an expensive surgery or putting them on pain medications. Keep it up the great work and the information about using Chiropractic on animals Dr. Willen!!!

Thanks Shel, in the case of Whiskey, my Son's dog, in this Video, they work closely with their Vet. I am a the alternate piece of the puzzle. I'm not the primary care. Therefore, they are not foregoing the traditional route. If I help, great, if not, they can go the medical route if they choose.

My dog limps in her back left leg. She has had a couple chiropractic adjustments but today I noticed she licks the bottom of the affected foot. Is this due to SI joint pain/nerve radiating down her leg?

Great question! There can be more than one reason of course: allergies, infection, pain, but radiating pain from SI Joint, or Sciatica can go down to the paw, and the dog may lick or chew the spot

I have a boxer mix. She has been limping on her rear right leg lately when she gets up from laying down for a while. She is young, i got her when she was about 6 moths old at the shelter. She is a little over a year now. Once she starts moving around it seems to get better but still babies that leg. Doesn't seem to be getting better.

They are extremely loving. A little highstrung. They can get anxious when left alone. Many people call them "velcro" type dogs, because they always want to be stuck to your leg! They follow you from room to room. I've had 2 in my life, and I love them. But they certainly wouldn't be for everyone.

He went from crippled to jumping in 9 days. Sometimes its the perfect remedy, sometimes it's not, but it is harmless. It's not like trying a drug therapy that may have an adverse reaction.

Yes, Max is a Chef, he graduated CIA, in Hyde Park, NY, and he's had some great positions, including working for Thomas Keller for 7 years, Sous Chef at French Laundry, and recently he was an Exec. Chef at a restaurant in Hudson Yards, NYC. Now he is a private chef during the pandemic.
