She is just ICONIC. As a singer, she is one of the people you "steal" from as much as you can as you find your own sound. She really does EVERYTHING to perfection

Yes, she stole 💯 from Barbra Streisand & Judy Garland....But she never became a big star. She plays cabarets now.

That 'cause in Vienna note after the chorus interlude is big enough to envelop a football stadium. My favourite of all is the performance of Bring On The Men at the 1999 PBS concert. It has the 'Linda' notes but also tremendous voice acting with her playing around with an exaggerated RP accent . It's both hilarious and amazing and brings forth a side we don't always see/hear from her being that she sings a lot of ballads. Also - and I say this at every opportunity I get - she is a brilliant voice teacher too. If she really put her mind to youtube-ing (not that SHE needs to), she could beat some of the much hyped online voice teachers (not gonna name names). Her methods of coaching are very elegant and natural (just like her singing, you could say). She fixed everything that was holding back my singing in the 1 hour session I paid for; it was like magic.

I love her, thanks for doing this performance, I had never seen it before. My favorite of hers was from the concert "Broadways Leading Ladies" where she sings "Man of La Mancha" Such a strong and beautiful voice

My Favorite songs she has done is Gold,3 song medly & her duet with Christiana Knolle is really special (In his Eyes). I have gotten a not so popular reaction person to react to a couple of Linda's Christmas songs & she was extremely impressed with Linda. Been a fan since she was on star search in 1988

This time around …I’m afraid this must be love ..someone like … a new life. Her list of great songs is pretty lengthy I really like your reviews. Intuitive and inciteful. My wife was a fairly prominent high school choir direct in Texas public school for 35+ years so while I have no skill I did learn to appreciate and recognize quality and excellence.

She never had any vocal lessons. She is completely self taught which makes her even more incredible.
