Great podcast, thank you. Linda is inspiring in an every day way. Good luck with the sinus issues and I laughed when she had 'just another pain' having broken her toe.

Wow, I enjoyed every minute of that podcast & so happy that Linda is feeling so well. My sister is just about to start the Paddison Program as she has suffered for many, many years with RA & has just taken herself of Methatrexate because of the terrible side effects that it can/will have. My question is, will this program work for Crohn's disease? My daughter has Crohn's, having been diagnosed at the age of 19. She has been on many medications which have kept it at bay, however for the last 6 months has been self injecting Humira. She is now almost 29, married & would like to fall pregnant soon. The side effects of Humira are so dreadful that I am researching everything so that she can get off this horrific drug & heal her body. Would love to hear any advice you/anyone may have ☺️

Yes, bulk foods and also Asian markets. I found that a great source is also the internet to get needed ingredients that you may not be able to find locally. In America, I like Nuts.com, you can find organic bulk grains, nuts and seeds and shipping can be free.
