Beautiful lady inside and out, she and Elvis were like magnets. I just wish Elvis would have been able to settle down with her, but having the most beautiful women throwing themselves at you every day of your life would be almost impossible to resist. If Elvis and Linda stayed together I believe Elvis would still be here. Her book is absolutely fascinating just like her life! Linda is an amazing and beautiful soul, what a life she has had, and given, I have so much respect for her.

Linda is obviously such a lovely lady. I'm reading her book currently and I believe her version of being with Elvis. She was both good for him and to him, it's such a shame for both of them he couldn't be faithful to her and wouldn't get off the prescription medication at that time. I do believe he loved her but like with all the significant women in his life, he just couldn't be a one-woman man, and he needed an extraordinary type of woman to agree to that kind of lifestyle. No-one's to blame I suppose, that's just who he was and you either accepted him or not. Anyway, I'm glad she eventually found happiness again with Bruce/Caitlyn, albeit temporarily, and went on to have her sons, who are clearly her greatest joys! I too agree though that she's ruined her face with whatever cosmetic procedures she's had done as it doesn't make her look natural at all!

Having watched quite a few interviews with Linda, thought what a lovely lady. Since then I’ve heard her step daughter speak of how she broke her parents marriage up. David Foster left his wife with three little kids. Linda Thompson has gone right down in my estimation 😔

Linda has always been involved with married men. When she met Elvis he was still married to Priscilla, they were separated. She sure went for it, didn’t wait for him to be officially divorced. She also admitted in her book that she got involved with Bruce Jenner when he was still married to his 1st wife and also David Foster when he was still married to his previous wife. Linda often portrays herself as this sweet southern belle but she has a ‘type’. She likes rich married men.

She met some of them at Elvis's funeral including Ann-Margret. That would have been interesting! She was very nasty at first because she wouldn't let Linda or anybody else on Elvis's plane when Joe sent it to LA to pick her and other friends up to bring them back to Memphis. But apparently she later apologised, probably because she realised she had done the wrong thing and it made her look bad. She also met Anita Wood years later. And sat with Sheila Ryan at a show in Las Vegas.

A total class act! . .Elvis had two girlfriends who are classy, both Linda T. & Ann Margaret, they’re each living and still classy. Ann M. never released her secrets or published them, she kept her loyalties to him. Linda has a soft touch and while I haven’t read her book, I’m certain she did him justice too. He was blessed in having these two friends in his life. I’m only referring to girlfriends in this comment and no one else. Cilla and Lisa Marie belong in a separate category so I won’t include them in the ‘girlfriend’ place.

@Mary Jane Most sensible comment here, Mary Jane. All these crazies here....Elvis was very far from perfect, and these women, uugghhh, enough already. Who cares? Ironically, Priscilla was the only one he married and had a child with. Says it all to me. The rest were just, I don't know, can't think of a good word. He was called home, and he answered that call. He had had enough, even at age 42. He knew The Lord was his only saviour.
