My wife and I walked this track in the 90's after reading Jim Smith's book. The track was in great condition then, very easy to follow. It's a shame to see it so grown over. Thanks for the video!

Unfortunately, someone has done some hideous graffiti down there with spray paint to mark the trail. Really inexcusable and a horrible blight on the area. I can't understand why anyone would do that. There's a small group of us from the local area who are thinking of going and trying to clean it up. National Parks have been advised. :-(

Yes, I also informed National Parks, although your idea of hideous graffiti and mine are somewhat different. There are a few fluoro pink arrows painted on rocks, I imagine by some junior walker. The arrows are not really large, and I hardly noticed them (maybe because I am colourblind). Yes, go and clean it up; I would rather spend my time and energy repairing the track, and it can do with a lot of repair. By the way, I enjoyed your video.

Fantastic scenery! Seems like you were with a great bunch of people. Makes such a walk all the more enjoyable, imo. I love your response to "Larry the Leach". I hate the damn things.

Just led this walk with www.meetup.com/sydney-explorers from Wentworth Falls station along Darwins track under Wentworth Falls along National Pass, down Roberts Pass along Lindeman pass (big landslide to negotiate) and up the rock climbers Copeland Pass an awesome adventure! Yes Lindeman is rough and overgrown and with a big landslide makes it hard but worth the effort, only climb out of Copeland Pass if you are adventure loving, fit, active and knowledgeable otherwise walk out at Leura...
