I fixed this in myself by finding a couple apps and every time I used social media I had to do a bit of an app lesson. Soon I was addicted and eventually started studying more seriously too

Same goes for me too, but I found myself a motivation. So I actually spent money on an app called Lingodeer, and since I don’t usually like spending money lol, I studied my ass off everyday so that I won’t waste the money.

I love hearing about how you structure your learning! It's a real eye-opener to realize how badly we've all been taught how to learn. Oh, and I guess you already know this, but there could be others like me that pause the video on your notebook: invitro means "in the glass", like a test tube or petri dish, not "in the body".

But also implemented the sample sentences as I saw you do it, because just writing down words and translations didn't help.
