I wrote a chapter of my book listening to this version as inspiration. The chapter was named "The Taming of Blixen" Some will laugh, but the chapter was about how a Red dragon named Fracture was teaching a female Bronze dragon to control her rage and focus while learning to fight. She realized that he fell in love with her which is normally frowned upon in most dragon lore. The point I was trying to make of the chapter was that even among dragons of light, prejudice is wrong. They had to learn tolerance and realize that love brought them together. Blixen, the Bronze dragon, learned control and humility from his own words that he'd suffer the fact that she would never look at him with love and he wouldn't allow her or any of the dragons of light to taunt or condemn the 1st real emotion of love hed ever known after being evil his whole life. He thought she was sleeping when he spoke the words aloud to his mother, thinking that Blixen was sleeping. As he looked back to the Bronze dragon, his final words before realizing that she was staring at him in shock of it all, were... "To her and the rest of them I'll always just be an evil... Red... Again... this version of her song was full inspiration for that chapter... Thank you Linsey!!!
