I think she looks great, she also looks healthy which is huge for her. Honestly I’m most excited that she genuinely looks happy again. A lot of the new look is makeup and post production editing, but, no doubt her recent surgeon did an amazing job, probably the best I’ve seen. She probably ended up having cheek implants and a face lift after the filler was dissolved because nothing was there to support it. It wouldn't look like she had cheek implants because it's just fixing what she lost but I bet she would have had to get them.

Even though I prefered the 2023 look on her, I understand her. She lost all of her younger years to addiction and it's not a crime to want them back. If you have the money and possibility to turn back the clock why not ? I hope she's happy and continues to be stable. And I hope she won't be affected by her addiction in other ways, like getting addicted to surgeries. Addiction is such a hard struggle when it can transform and use you in many ways you don't even realise. Just wishing her the best !

Without filtered pics you can tell she looks her age, most of these pics are from shows that use filters. she is after all only 38, she looks just refreshed. and beautified with her recent rhinoplasty. The reason I say she looks her age and not 20 is because the smile lines and skin around her lips give her age away that is something a face lift can never fix. Yet only at 38 her face has gone through so many looks. Her blonde fits her better with freckle free skin probably from laser resurfacing and a touch of rose blush to bring back life into her skin. As she ages the red doesn’t suit her as much. Her new stylist is brining out her beauty in the best way.

She looks incredible, but I can’t be the only person who doesn’t think she looks particularly “young”. People in their 20s who don’t have surgery don’t look like that. She didn’t even look like that in her 20s. She looks like someone her age who had had really, really good cosmetic surgery. Absolutely money well spent, but I’d never mistake her for 21. Edit: I’d like to clear something up about drug use. There’s not a single drug itself that directly causes tooth loss or bad skin or whatever else. That’s just not the way it works. There are certain stimulants that can cause dehydration, which is what causes tooth loss and gum disease. Coke or meth or crack itself doesn’t do it if you stay hydrated. It has nothing to do with the chemical, and everything to do with how some drug users might stop taking care of themselves and not drink as much water or eat enough. This will obviously cause dehydration and weight loss, which will affect the skin. Even without drugs, dehydration and rapid weight loss will cause tooth issues and skin laxity and dryness. It’s more likely that her tooth loss, weight loss, and her skin issues are due to her eating disorder. Also, she would have had to be using coke for longer than she’s been alive for it to literally “eat away” at her nose. A deviated septum is one thing, that’s not something that would be visible from the outside. Even that takes _years_ of substance abuse to develop.

What can I say. Nothing to do with the gorgeous bubbly Lindsay of earlier years. Just cause you don’t have wrinkles on the face doesn’t automatically mean it’s a change for the better. She was so special and vibrant now she looks like thousands of others. Unrecognizable 😔

What kind of drugs was she using? Drugs really don’t affect the skin that much. Smoking and alcohol consumption absolutely do. Not to mention her eating disorder.

Lindsay looks freakin amazing! I’m 38 too and have gone under the knife for a few procedures. It makes a difference when you start in your 30’s. I just hope she doesn’t do anything else for a while and mess everything up. She looks perfect.

It is incredible they have been able to make her look so great despite past hard living and bad work. In addition to the illegal substances she abused she was also a heavy smoker which can really age you as we see with Lindsay and Mary Kate Olson. She looks really pretty and even more important really happy. She has had a rough life being a child star and having lots of family drama. I am glad to see her thriving.

I saw her on The Today Show this week. She does look that good. The blonder hair creates a sort of halo effect that wouldn't have suited her before, because she wasn't looking great and her skin was ruddy and puffy for a long time. So yes, she's obviously had fresh work. But she also looked healthy and happy. Her skin is so white and radiant that some peels and lasers are a part of it. Just the right amount of lip filler, wide open pretty eyes and the obvious change of a very well done facelift. Perfect makeup - the pinkish blush higher up on her cheekbones and no more of that tanned skin and nudish/orange lip color that never suited her. She really looked transformed. She's a beautiful woman with her trademark young chick way of speaking. She looks her age, just not Lindsay Lohan's age. She was enthusiastic and responsive. Though she talked about her baby numerous times - she did not speak of her husband. Lindsays problems caused her a lot of collateral damage and it wasn't only the matter of drug and alcohol use. That was always underplayed. What she's been through we'll never know. She wasn't *just* vacationing on yachts with Russian oligarchs and Dubai business men for a DECADE, was she? Lindsay fell very far. She seems much better mentally, but I hope her marriage is working and she doesn't return to full time Hollywood life. She can't handle it. Years ago, my mother and I were watching something on TV about Lindsay - might have been the Oprah interview. My mom says - "She's lucky that god gave her the nose of an aristocrat, because everything else is a lie."

There's a lot of money behind her recent transformation. I think it has more to do with people behind her who stand to profit from her career improving. They are investing into a business (her career) which is very likely to be improved by her looks improving. Her career either being continued yachting (now that she has improved the quality of the product to the average buyer), or maybe a return to Hollywood.

Lindsay looks incredible! Every time I see her lately, I am impressed with how pretty she looks. One of the biggest things I've noticed is that the freckles are gone, and the quality of skin has improved markedly! The puffy filler face is gone too.
