Everyone thinks it was discovered in 2008 and it's only in Madagascar but as a matter of fact it was discovered by a 7 year old me in 1988 in Elmira NY on the steps of my aunts apartment on Columbia St. If I knew discovering things was a thing that happened things might be different, but as it is on this timeline I played with it a little and then it just flew off and it's the only time in my 43 Legal Years I've ever seen one
