nice nice, i've studied nutrition for over 3 years now and that is key to why you have anxiety and probably the jaw pain, that and your environment could be triggering you and you wouldn't even know it, I would lay off Tylenol because it's quite toxic to the liver, in fact I would avoid all OTC meds and pharmaceuticals and eat a whole organic food diet best you can [basically a healthy keto diet minus all the extra fat, and lots of vegetables] & avoid processed foods like that bar you held up also foods containing corn syrup will effect your serotonin and things with excess sugar/carbs will cause anxiety, fixing these things will help your anxiety a lot since you said you aren't eating as much as you should you will have nutritional deficiencies, also this may sound odd but keeping your cell phone on airplane mode can really help relieve stress because our bodies aren't meant to be bombarded with all these signals , ok that's enough of my unsolicited health advice for now, wish you the best! [ i know i hate long comments too, you probably won't read it, lol]
