You should buy more of the shoe racks and put them on the top shelf of your closet, then use it as a separator and you can organize your jeans to fit or more shoes lol.

You should try layering curtains! Like getting thin lavender ones and putting them in the middle, and getting some blue ones and putting them on the sides. It looks adorable and its helps block the sun, too!

Put 3 little bin seats against bed and store your stuff in the bin seats! Then put a comfy pillow over it and then it's like a bench and if it hurts your back put pillows on them so it supports your back

I had the same kind of deal with my closet when I moved into my second apartment. I just bought a pressure rod and a cute curtain and put it in the doorway of the closet but for easy access I pulled it to the side and hung it on a cute hook. This let me close it off if it was messy but it also just added a hint of chic-ness that I really liked. Might be worth a try ;)

Ikea has inexpensive plastic modern looking chairs that come in all sorts of colors. you could put it next to the lamp for more seating:) and a cute pillow and/or throw would look adorable!

I have a coffee table on the foot of my bed and I also keep stuff (mostly books) under it, and sometimes it doubles as a chair when I'm too lazy to walk up to a chair but don't want to mess up my bed. :)
