I lost my mom very unexpectedly 5 years ago. Holidays are very difficult without her, but my sister and I always try to share our favorite memories of holidays spent with her when she was here and it definitely helps.

It was so nice to see my little young lady she looked so pretty as always. Those cookies looked so good think ill try them. Lindsey its always good to see you sending you some love as well its always hard when we lose someone we trully love this is my 3rd Christmas with out my mom but she has only been gone 2 years im so lost with out her. Ooooooh yes its very hard when we loose our love ones, that probably why Christmas is not great for me. All my siblings and parents are gone...I 'm the only one left on earth. My favorite appliance is my air fryer cause I make my bacon for BLTS all the time it works really well also.. Also a few things we are having for Christmas Dinner is Turkey,Homemade Mashed Potatoes,Green Bean Casserole,Corn Casserole, and a few others I can’t remember. For desserts we are having a few pies,lots of different types of cookies like Sugar Cookies,Oatmeal CandyCanes,Peanut Butter with Ritz Crackers and almond bark to cover,and pretzels with almond bark,puppy chow ..there’s lot more in that category as well ❤

For me and my family, it doesn’t get easier, but it does get a bit better if that makes sense. It still seems like my sister just passed. It never seems real. The cookiesook delicious , the end of January will be 2 year's since I lost my dad the holidays are hard for me it the last holidays with him being around the family it's extra hard I was his care taker he was going through dialysis for kidney failure I'm trying to be strong but I have my moments
