I've found that doing one load of laundry per person per day has helped me SO much. With 3 kids and working, it's the only thing that I've stuck to. Start it in the morning, evenings fold & put away! Bonus tip: most washers have a timer, so load the clothes, soap, etc before you go to bed & set it to start in the early morning before you wake up. It'll be done by the time you wake up & just toss in the dryer! Our schedule is: Mon- daughter, Tues-son, Wed-baby, Thurs-myself, Friday-misc., Sat- day off!, Sun-bedding/towels. Hope this helps someone! Laundry is hard to keep up with! Also trying to do something like having my husband be responsible for himself & 1 other kid... They can (and should!) pitch in too. ;)

I so feel you on the laundry. After having 3 kiddos and now in full time ministry my laundry could sit for 5 days before getting it put away! All we can do is take it one day at a time and trust God with what He wants us to do in the time He gives us.

I bet your dad is so proud of your musical endeavors and following in his footsteps in your own way. Your song writing skills, vocals and instrumentals are amazing! My dad was a music professor, a classical tenor with a beautiful voice. I have some musical ability but always felt a little intimidated by his talent so I never pursued it. Tho I wish I had. I sure miss him 💕
@racheltalbott2 жыл бұрын
aww. Thank you so much. I can totally relate to feeling intimidated by Dads talent. I've always felt the same, but I'm thankful he's always encouraged me in all my endeavors. My dad is really keen on my farm and animals too. He grew up in Texas with horses, goats etc. There are many parts of my parents I love and will take with me into the rest of my life.

@racheltalbott2 жыл бұрын
He filmed a new recipe the other day, so hopefully he uploads that one soon. It was suuper yummy! =) I think we are both trying to evolve with our online presence. From building our channels when we lived city life, to where we are now. A lot has changed. I personally just keep sharing whatever is honest for our current reality, because I feel that is the most sustainable. I think he wants to find a way to incorporate everything we're growing, and a more laid back style of cooking in his videos, and just figuring it all out. It's always a little scary changing things up for fear that viewers will miss the "old videos." It's a process. Thank you for being with us on this journey.
