LINE 6 HELIX are the Stock Cabs better than an IR ?

Let's take a quick look at a free pack I downloaded for the LINE 6 Helix of some pretty good sounding IRs , BUT ! are the stock cabs better ? .

Another fab video, it feels like sitting in a pub with your best mate. I don't think tone chasing ever stops and we're so spoilt these days. Sounds batty but my ears have different days. Sometimes a tone will sound like the nuts, the next it's a bit meh - nothing has changed on the rig or settings. But because there are so many sweeties in the Helix shop I can just find a jar with something i like on that day and off I go again. Thank you again, please keep doing what you're doing because it's £'ing awesome.

Omg you just taught me something new.. using undo and redo as compare buttons.. BRILLIANCE!! Ive scored a few IRs now but those bogrens are my favourite (for the right thing) and gates of hell is surprisingly versatile. Nice vid man !

Different tones for different scopes. These days I found myself using the stock cab more of the IRs, not for the tone itself, but because they seems to pop up more clearly out of the mix, in our rehearsals. Am I the only one noticing it?😅

Helix cab engine is the best it’s been , definitely makes most IR redundant.
