Trying to share a bit of CTH with every video now. I feel like the metal tone is pretty good for that vibe. Not my wheelhouse but I think I understand how to capture something usable for most genres with the modelers. Good enough maybe haha :) Thanks for checking the video out, bud. Love ya

I struggled with a good metal tone with mine until I found Jens Bogrens IR pack's granet there's plenty of IR's out there but compared to the factory cabs using the IR feature really wakes up the unit.

Dude Ive seen some of your video and great content, congrats! And I see you use some pedals in some (to me) weird places, for instance the chorus in pre and comp in post (at the end). Really dig the white pony tones, cheers!

Appreciate you watching. The comp in post is intended to take the place of any post work in the DAW or FOH. Chorus it generally Pre or Parallel traditionally so I just keep it that way in the box :) There are no right or wrong ways :)

I use them with a cab and tweak the EQ

When talking EQ a guitar has EG my mixer has an EG and the Pod Go has EG along with each having a volume control. Which gets cut off and which one should be used to control these tones ?

Pickups, setup and the player can change the overall vibe for sure. Tinker until it sounds best to you
