Honestly, I prefer plain paper! I'm also pretty decent at keeping a straight line (for the most part)! I'd like a mix between dotted/plain. And maybe chuck in a few graph as well for certain things.

Thanks for the great demonstration. I recently picked up a journal/[planner and part of it has the dot grid, and I was thinking, "What do I do with these?" You comparisons and demonstrations were a big help. I still don;t think my unsteady/sloppy writing hand (left handed, of course) will get anywhere near to your very neat writing, but at least I have a better idea now as to what to go for and why! I sub'd and I'm interested to see what else you have posted.

Never been a fan of dotted paper but I accidentally bought a dotted moleskine for my gratitude journalling, and since they're so expensive and I've already opened it! I guess I am going to have to get used to it now. Thanks for the video, maybe I'll become a fan after this notebook.

I think it's not for everyone. I just love that I can have a grid effect if I need it for lettering OR just write, and in the end, it mostly looks like I wrote on a blank sheet of paper. I love that.

If you are doing a bullet journal you should try the dotted grid

Naia B I bought the Artist Loft dotted grid journal yesterday to try it out and I’m loving it! It’s so much more easier to center text and draw boxes/headers and color things in. I don’t think I’d be going back to lined paper if I can help it especially for journaling of any and all types.

I started journaling in a graph composition book, and I really don’t like it.. glued pages together and everything. Can’t decide if I want to do the lined or grid. I don’t want to waste a whole notebook again. Thank you for the insight ❤️❤️
