Absolutely Anna. Men are also taught to perform Devi Abhishekam for their Yantras. It is only at the temple where men are not allowed in the sanctum, because of the Moola Roopa. Otherwise in the other temples, and the Sannidhanams, men may also offer Abhishekam and Aarti
