How was it? Making some tomorrow with the cento white clam sauce. I've never had pasta in clam sauce before, I'm hoping it's not too watery and it's nice and creamy.

@@CogentAnon amazing! Ive made it multiple times so far. If you feel its too watery just simmer a bit longer, it will dry up a little more.

I'm confused, did you add the clams after straining them or are you only using the clams from the smaller cans?

Thank you for asking!! The smaller cans were to only tell the viewer that you could use the small minced canned clams for this dish. However, in the video, and in my actual cooking, I use the larger can of Cento clams! I drained them and used that one large can of clams. I hope that helps!!
