Hello Lihn, how do you make sure that your VA will not work directly with your client?

We have our VAs signed their contract agreement, but of course, we also make sure that our VAs are happy and feel more secure. I am just happy that my VAs are very loyal to the company and tho it is not perfect, somehow I can say that 95% of them stick to the company than not try to underground us, same goes to our clients 😍🤗

The clients pay us as an agency (wherever we are), and then we pay the VA in the PH for their services.

We can't really stop them if they want to do this. But at @outsourcingangel, we try to maintain good relationship with both VAs and clients, we believe that strong relationships are built on trust and loyalty. If a VA or client is not willing to abide by our policies and respect the confidentiality of our business relationships, it's not a good fit for us.
