I used to have this reoccurring dream where my family and i were driving in our old van through the desert (and this is from third person pov so I watching the car) and it was just an endless loop of seeing cacti, mailboxes, and Vicky from fairly odd parents on the side of the road. My best anxiety dream: I was at a waterpark w/ my kids and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was selling hamburgers at the concession stand. He was taking a small bite out of each burger before giving it to the customers and everyone was fine w/ that, including us. After he gave my kids their burgers, he took a huge bite out of mine, leaving only 1/4 of it then handed it to me. I yelled, "Hey! You only left me a little! I paid $40 for that!" He ignored me so I shouted so everyone else could hear me: "Everybody look what he did!" Nobody paid any attention. I turned back to him saying, "You can't do that!" Then he got into the back of a white limo and rode off.

Ashley Hormann I'm no psychologist but the best advice I can give you is to think positively at all times, no matter what problem it is. Just like how there are 2 sides to a coin, there will always be a positive to a negative. The biggest challenge is to be patient through it because verily after hardship always comes ease. Make it a habit, whenever you think of something bad before going to sleep, look on the bright side.

Writing down your dreams is literally training your subconscious to remember your dreams. It is actually quite amazing how long your dreams actually are once you can fully remember every single detail. Once you are able to remember your dreams fully then you can begin the art of Lucid Dreaming which is an entirely different topic altogether. ;)

I rarely dream, about once a month or so, but when I do, it's hyperrealistic; more so than actual life. Supposedly that's normal, but not to the extent that my dreams go. Plus, the benefit to that: I remember my favorite dreams so well as if it really happened. If I liked a dream, all I have to do is think about it for a day or so and it becomes a memory.

The earliest dream I can remember was from when I was 5 years old or so. I'm outside of a shed somewhere in the woods, then I open the door to the shed and there is a room with a big table and all the kids from daycare walking in a circle around the table with various musical instruments playing and chanting a song. On top of the table stands the daycare lady. She is marching and clashing her symbols together very loudly. I am pushed into the circle of marching children circling the table. I am then encouraged to join in and chant with them. I am frightened and try to get away, but they all march after me still playing their recitative chants and clashing of symbols, demanding that I join their cultish rituals. The music intensifies until I wake up and see that my boom box had been playing since I fell asleep.

I had a weird dream last night. I had to go to the hospital and while there this woman came in that had been bitten and she turned into a witch. The orderlies took her into a dungeon under the hospital (down a stone spiral stair case that went on for a long time) and locked her up in a cell. Sometime later the hospital had to be evacuated and I and a few others went down to retrieve the witch. I tried to stop them from opening the door but two of the guys went and shut the door behind them.(at this point I wondered why Doctor Who wasn't here)) I kept telling the people I was with that she could control your mind and we had to make a game plan to keep her contained and out of our minds. When I opened the door one of the orderlies was strapped to the bed she had been strapped to the other one had gone insane and the witch was standing off to one side laughing. Then I woke up

I've been writing down my dreams for over 10 years! In notebooks even, now I just use the notepad app, and it seriously is satisfying haha + it's allowed me to lucid dream. *REMEMBERING DREAMS IS A SKILL THAT CAN BE WORKED ON!* I've been lucid dreaming alot, and I started with writing all of my dreams down, next thing I knew, after about a year I could remember every single dream like it was reality (you just have to concentrate and reflect on them for a few minutes, or they "get away"). Now I can LITERALLY realize I'm dreaming and actually change them! It may sound silly but I've learned how to fly while dreaming, I can choose which way I walk too. :D

I had a crazy dream some years ago. I was in the middle of an air war in the distant future. I was hanging off of the side of a building with a 3x3 formation of about 10 ft. pyramids on top. The building was completely white, made of 9 interconnected columns extending down from the pyramid structures on top. As I look around at all of the planes and bullets and screams, I instantly find myself in a museum. The first thing I notice is this sections that required the climbing of 3 small steps to get up to. At the end of this section, I noticed a coffin designated "Princess Zelda." Instantly, I notice a bouquet of flowers in my hand and I find myself placing them at her hands. As I went to do so, she woke up and began climbing out of the coffin only to run into a hallway right next to the bottom of the 3 steps. I turned into this narrow hallway to follow her, and about 20-30 ft. down that hallway, the hallway turned a sharp right that extended roughly 75-100ft. The moment I turned right into this hallway, I see Princess Zelda already about 30 ft. into the hallway, where she then transforms into spiderman and begins webslinging down the hall at a very high speed. At the time, I had a bit of a crush on the Hyrulian princess, so it was to my disappointment to find that it wasn't really her. I awoke, filled with childish sadness and regret. The End.
