I registered my international paypal account while i was in qatar. How can i withdraw money from that account to my mpesa. Since when i try to login through this paypal mpesa website it says that the site is only for those who are in kenya. My address n everything shows that the account was registered while i was outside kenya.

I'd suggest you either open a new PayPal account and link it to your new phone number or if you want to maintain the same paypal account, you can close it and then open another one using the same email address and then link it to the new phone number.. for now paypal does not give an option for changing phone number, maybe adding a secondary number
