Thanks, could you please share the procedure for launching LinkedIn for educational consultancy?
@NellieDeutschАй бұрын
Launching a LinkedIn presence for an educational consultancy begins with creating a professional profile that reflects the values and services of your consultancy. Start by setting up a LinkedIn Company Page if you don’t already have one. Use a clear and recognizable logo as the profile picture and write an engaging headline that highlights your expertise, such as “Empowering Students to Succeed Through Study Abroad and Career Guidance.” In the “About” section, craft a compelling description of your consultancy’s mission, services, and what makes it unique, keeping the language professional yet approachable. Ensure your page includes up-to-date contact information and a link to your website or other relevant platforms. Add a banner image that visually represents your brand, such as one featuring a classroom, graduation, or travel imagery if study abroad is part of your services. This will help create a strong first impression when potential clients or partners visit your page. Once your profile is set up, focus on building your network. Connect with educators, counselors, university representatives, and professionals in the education sector. Engage with your target audience by joining LinkedIn groups related to education, study abroad, or professional development. Participating in discussions, answering questions, and sharing insights in these groups can establish your consultancy as a knowledgeable and trustworthy resource. Consistently share valuable and engaging content on your page to showcase your expertise. Post updates about your consultancy’s services, client success stories, educational tips, or news in the education field. Video content, such as quick guides on studying abroad or testimonials from satisfied clients, performs particularly well on LinkedIn. Include relevant keywords and hashtags in your posts to increase visibility and reach your target audience. Engage with your followers by responding promptly to comments and messages. Building relationships is key to establishing trust and growing your network. Encourage satisfied clients or partners to leave recommendations or endorsements on your page, as these serve as powerful testimonials to your credibility and effectiveness. Use LinkedIn’s analytics tools to monitor the performance of your posts and overall page. Identify which types of content resonate most with your audience and adjust your strategy accordingly. Consider running LinkedIn ads to target specific demographics, such as students seeking career guidance or parents exploring educational opportunities for their children. These ads can be tailored to drive traffic to your website, promote specific services, or boost overall brand awareness. Finally, maintain consistency in your activity. Post regularly to keep your audience engaged, and continuously refine your profile and content strategy based on feedback and performance metrics. A well-maintained LinkedIn presence can serve as a powerful tool for connecting with clients, building partnerships, and establishing your consultancy as a leader in the educational field.

Hi There, followed all the steps but hasn't worked for Moodle 4+. LinkedIn app all created and verified, secret and client id entered into Moodle. This is turned on but on the Moodle login page, the LinkedIn is not showing. I am running the latest adaptable theme. Any ideas?

It works on all my Moodle sites that are 4.2.2. integrating-technology.org. Did you enable the logo static.licdn.com/scds/common/u/images/logos/favicons/v1/favicon.ico and service base url: api.linkedin.com/v2

@@NellieDeutsch Many thanks for coming back to me so soon, I appreciate your help. I assume you mean within the LinkedIn development account? If so, in my app settings I have the company logo, name, and "Verified" and below I have the app logo, which is my company logo or should this be the LinkedIn logo? In my Moodle I am running an adaptable theme with Moodle 4.2.2+ (Build: 20230826). I am new to this so no doubt I have missed something somewhere.
