I’m a mess right now as they sing In The End. So moving to hear the crowd. The manner in which Chester left the world, is a subject is near and dear to me . That is because I almost lost my husband to several failed attempts and his son ,who is my stepson succeeded in his attempt 5 years ago. So to lose Chester in such a horrible way really hits hard. But again, hearing the crowd giving their all and singing for him is so moving .

Chill.... You're supposed to be strong and emotions are okay, but when it's to this extent, there is clearly more emotion than feeling. There are fundamental things you have to build up and that's what anyone, especially Linkin Park for their fans, would want- The development, strength, and growth of their fans. That doesn't mean you can't cry. But watch yourself and really do some self-introspection. Unfortunately, most fans of anything, be it a song, a TV show, or a movie, don't really carry the intellect or the deep consciousness to truly appreciate something. Don't be that. Don't be just raw emotion. Be a mind over emotion.

Hadn’t been able to sit through this since first watching it all those years ago. Somehow the new chapter has given me the strength to, and honestly it has given me a new appreciation for what’s next. I’m so confident that Chester is prouder than ever for the strength from his brothers to continue his legacy, and letting his millions of fans connect with what he gave us. Everything we’re hearing in 2024 sounds so much more like LP than it did here, and I’m sure that’s making him smile. 🤍

Did everyone notice how the audience is mostly young adults? Mainly from the 20-30 range? These guys inspired our childhood. They held our hands during our teenage years. For some reason it feels both really bad and great growing up and doing this. Sweet dreams Chester. We'll keep going on.

45 year old man here, and his death hit me harder than any other. His music resonated with me back when they first came out in the early 2000's (my late 20's). His vocals blew me away, the music was absolutely brilliant, and will be for a very long time. These songs, his voice, the music, will be with me until I die, and the thought that I will never hear his voice again is sad in and of itself.

I'm sorry but "Numb" brought me to tears. Having been through depression and having had suicidal thoughts and an attempt, this made things real. You being gone leaves a hole that can not be filled. But also seeing the fans come together to support each other by singing this song is just...amazing. i get chills.

It was 10 minutes before I had to leave for work. I got a call from my mother and she broke the news to me about Chester. I didn't cry. I can't or couldn't... I don't know, I can't explain it. I just hung up and left. After work and for the next 3 months when I thought of Chester I could only sit in silence and stare into space. Not a single tear fell. This performance is what I needed. It's almost as if it caused to finally sink in that Chester was really gone. This performance brought tears to my eyes and was an extremely cathartic experience. Thank you Linkin Park!

I cried and I’m 66 years old. My daughter who passed in 2006 always wanted to take me to a Linkln Park concert. We never seemed to make the time. Now she’s gone. Then my second oldest daughter said the same thing. So some 20 years later, she got us tickets. Then Chester passed. I wish I would have made time when my first daughter asked. Good Bye Chester. I never got to see you and the band but you touched our hearts. All of us.

Chris Melton well everyone reacts differently to this and some of these people might have no real emotional connection to the band, chester or can't comprehending a loss of great talent in general. But this lacking of an emotional bond is not the band's fault (the concert was great) and shouldn't be our concern. =)

I was at this show. Their idea to have an unmanned mic at the beginning was brilliant. We were not told to sing or given lyrics. And it was a chilling moment to have the fans sing in Chester's place. The know how irreplaceable he is and wanted us to know that they know that before doing a show with fill ins. Very well handled.

According to me, you feel his presence in Mike's voice because in a majority of the songs, Chester had his voice synced and backed up with Mike's. Moreover, it's a human psychology to turn more like the person the most in touch. So ig listening to Chester's voice over and again for Mike may have had made his voice like that.
