Shen yi has commit two mistakes which are : 1. He didn't communicate with Ducheng at all and it was noticible itn the latest eps after knowing Mr Fang their comunication reduced a lot .. 2. He didn't listen to his warning .. Humans are not perfect not every hunch is right but i do trust Shen yi's hunch there is something wrong with Mr fang and somehow related to Miss Tang death plus illegal transaction ... I was glad that Du cheng took Shen yi off the case bc he needs rest and time to adjust his ideas.... I just want to see the dynamic interaction bet Shen yi and Ducheng again😢😢

actually it is not mistake from Shen Yi, Shen Yi did try to communicate with DU CHeng, did him believe Shen Yi. From my personal view, I do not like behavior of Du Cheng in this season, the decision to ake Shen Yi out of the case is really selfish, it made Shen Yi so lonely in the fighting. And Tan JIanci has described the loneliness so beautiful.

So touching between two main actors . I still believe the bad person behind the scene was Mr. Feng. He thinks he can predict or control human genetics of what he tested on his human genetics product. He thinks Shen Yi is the same type of him and wants him to leave Du Cheng.

Sometimes, they introduce a love interest irrelevant to the series. I love detective series, especially when they are all about solving the case, not romantic feelings. like Insect Detective 2 and Awaken, where the female follows the male lead everywhere because she has a crush on him.

I don’t get why people keep saying Shen Yi is going off track here :))) he’s been investigating using his own ways and methods since season 1. It’s DC in this season who can’t understand him and also didn’t seem to make any effort to do so; additionally the way the series narrative is from DC perspective instead of our protagonist SY so that everything SY does all feel wrong and reckless to the audience. I personally hates that SY keeps being suppressed and negated by DC and the whole story setup. A genius as he is should be free to explore and discover concepts that are far and beyond. He’s just as water by nature, gentle yet powerful and surely can’t be stained or broken that easily

Shen yi literally getting on my nerves, why did he have to go to mr.fang everytime, bro, We all want you to safe and fee of worries. Why don't you listen to du cheng?? And I have the doubt, why did someone put his colleague's voice as an alarm?? A lot of argue that they are like friends and hated when there is bl comments. Common guys!! Even I take someone as my close friend, I don't think I want to hear their voice in the early morning 😂 😂 And I felt jealous on behalf of du cheng when shen yi took Mr.fang as his trusted friend 😂

There's no straight or friendship explanation for that alarm. I am not setting my bestie's voice as my alarm no matter how close we are. 😂 Call me delulu if you want but that's Shen Yi's love for Du Cheng. They say you shouldn't set your favourite song or music as your alarm tone , you might end up hating it because you have to wake up early.
