When I was a child (I am 77 now), my mother would make me cinnamon toast. She would put some butter pats on a slice of bread, sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar, and put it under the broiler until the sugar was melted and bubbly. So good!

I started watching you about a year and a half ago. My husband was never really interested. He then would request for me to watch your videos while he napped because he found them calming. The boys are really getting big now...they look so grown up almost. The park time was probably nice for the boys, but also nice to be out in the fresh air, even if it is turning cooler now. Thank you friend for showing us your local store’s holiday decor! Was that artificial cheese and crackers in the bat bowl? It was nice to see that Japan puts out Christmas items before Halloween too- makes me feel less odd about America where Christmas shows up in September 😂. I think we get a little bit more tired when the weather is changing and there's not much heat in the air and no more sunshine to be had. We feel sleepy even thought we have slept well overnight. For K's gut issues, part of it can stem from the eating habits of drinking a sips of beverage between eating bites of food ....the stomach isn't getting a chance to properly digest the food. Digestive health issues can be huge pain to have during the years. Also do a process of elimination of what's irritating his gut, is it the soy or wheat or dairy or something.... keep track record of it. It can help him a doctor figure it out.

Have you tried cutting out dairy for your sons upset stomach, you can get lactose free milk which may help

I’m in the USA also and as someone who doesn’t really like meat I know that when I cook with it there is a very distinct smell that is hard to describe but is pretty off putting. I usually cover it up with black pepper.
