Linna, I have a easy dessert you can prepare for your family if you want to try it. Its called lemon icebox pie. I buy a premade pie crust or you can make your own. Bake the pie crust per the instructions. Don't forget to prick the crust before baking . While the crust is cooking use one can of sweetened condensed milk. Put the milk in a bowl and using the can the milk came in fill it halfway full of lemon juice. Mix the milk and juice together and pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours and when ready to serve top with whipped cream. Its delicious and your family will love it. Let me know if you try it! Have a great day!

Cute sandals!! Where I live in Canada, bean sprouts are so expensive! $4 for a tiny bag and usually they are not very fresh. When I see the price on your screen, I’m always amazed 😅. There are a lot of grocery items that seem to cost almost the same (when converted to Canadian dollars), but then other things (like the bean sprouts) stand out for being so much cheaper. The meals you prepare always look so delicious. I find your videos very calming and enjoy watching on Saturday morning or in the evening after I’m done work. Have a great week!

Morning linna, when u buy spring onions, trim them. Lay down some foil, put a lightly dampened piece of kitchen towel on it. Then lay your onions on and wrap. They stay fresh but not wet.

I think you should’ve gotten both 😅 The doctor appointment took so long 😮 Usually only takes at most 2 hours here but that’s usually if one of the doctors isn’t there that day or there’s been some kind of emergency. I wrap my spring onions in a damp, wrung out paper towel and put them in a ziplock bag before putting them in the fridge. they stay crisp and not soggy for days.

Love those sandals! I like the styles they have in Japan more, but my feet are generally too big 😒 All 3 note books are so cute; I would have gotten all 3🤣 I saw those do it yourself rubber bands for your hair and I had the same, what am I suppose to do? So I got my regular ones. Those tenugi can become softer after washing. I had a really hard one but after washing it became so soft, it was so surprising. I don't think you had only one side dish, you put 2 on the rice and 1 on the side, so with the buta kimchi and rice it were 3 side dishes🥰🤣My easy dinner today is a Korean style pork salad. I stir fry thin slices of pork and onion and add a sauce of 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake, 1/2 a tbsp gochujian (or more to taste) and a tsp of sugar. You can add garlic if you like and top with green onions. It's served with salad greens. It goes well with rice, rice noodles, somen, bread..... so it's just served with whatever I have on hand. Tonight I'll make some fresh corn to go with it as well, but your vegetable side dish would go great as well.

Hello Linna from England. A lovely video and good tip as always. If your peppers go wrinkly just soak in iced water for 2 hours and they will be good again.
