Being from the Boston area, I've watched Milbury play hockey from the time he was in High School. He was a decent player, coach and General Manager, but I don't think he qualifies as a "legend". He knows hockey and knows what he's talking about, but don't put him on the same level as, perhaps, Bobby Orr, who WAS a legend.

Running Linus Ullmark out of town was foolish. You traded him to escape a $5 million, one-year contract. You acquired a lesser goaltender with a $3 million a year, four-year contract.

The whole point to trading Ullmark was to get Cap space. They blew that. Korpisalo is not going to be as good as Ullmark. The 25th pick won't help this year, unless they trade it for a 30 goal scorer.

As a player I found him impressive. One of the best defensive defensemen I ever saw. He rarely made mistakes. Mike also was not averse to making timely rushes. He was a very smart player.

Here’s what I’m gonna say I liked ullmark but he was injury prone. I think Korpisalo putting on a bruins uniform is going to be a lot better for him. Plus maybe will get to see a side out of him that the senator fans didn’t get to see

I'm a Sens fan and agree that Korpi being #2 in Boston will likely be a very good role for him, and if the Bruins good defensive hockey continues next year, I think he'll thrive. The Sens were terrible last year in front of him, but he did let in a lot of goals on the first or second shot of the game. Bob Essensa can fix that hopefully. Cheers

totally agree with Milbury on Lindholm. he is just there collecting eight million a year. there is not a team in the NHL would touch that contract. Lindholm is still owed around 50 million. even with the bruins retaining money. Lindholm's non-movement does not kick in until 2027-2028. Lindholm has the talent to be a to 10-15 Defenseman in the league.

Don't like seeing Ullmark leave. There must be something going on in the locker room. No disrespect yet no way in hell Jeremy is the future of the Bruins. We've got another Tuukka Rask on our hands. He's going to always be the bridesmaid never the bride Not an elite goalie on a Stanley Cup winning team. He's too short, they've been fudging his height for a few years. Swayman has been ripping off Tom Brady's approach to Robert Kraft. So let's see how many years he can take those ADHD meds at that level. Swayman is great, but Top 3? I'm not inclined to put him ahead of Saros, Shesterkin, Hellebuyck, Demko, or Vasilevsky. You might be able to put him ahead of some of those names, but he's not quite Top 3 yet.
