Ima say this because its your most recent video but I've watched a little rant you did at the end of a video you made talking about how big youtubers make content that would only get them views. Although they succeed because of it I think you are succeeding in bringing in a fanbase of people who would stay instead of just coming and going, I discovered your channel randomly and it has been a great experience watching you and having fun just exploring groups and talking about them. One of the reasons I think you aren't getting that many views is because the roblox military community (if I can call it that), are more interested in trolling than actually viewing the group and the contents inside it. But thats fine, your content is unique and no one really does it like you. Keep on doing that great work and take breaks when you want to take breaks, this youtube stuff is selective and only a certain amount of people would actually even get close to 100k and stay in this competitive platform. I'm saying all of this because of the amount of effort you put into making these videos, some people that do this kind of stuff just record a video and upload it, not caring about the quality nor the people watching it, they just expect views, weird thing is they do get views.

I read all that, and especially the end part was accurate. I will say that this is actually my last video on the "military community" because as you said, it's a dead end. Also, it's a lot of what you said - people don't care about facts, logic, and reason, they want action and that's the community's own demise. Regardless though, thank you for actually taking your time to write out this comment as a lot of comments are either trolling or just half-assed. Moving on, a lot of people don't really understand what I do here - this is actually my second channel, with my first being just "Liodite." Funny enough, I run 8 separate channels, 7 of them - you can probably find. My point is though, so many people make the claim that all I care about is views and subscribers, when in reality - I'll be fine if this channel flops because it's not my main focus. I do put my effort into making each channel it's own unique brand while also keeping a similar style, but I definitely focus the most on my main channel.

Oddly the xp (or Valor) system has actually worked out quite well. Usually only 1 extra Valor is awarded to people who do well, which isn't much, but as a CCO, it can bring up the activity in your unit as people feel more inclined to attend events.

Credit's due where credit's due, if the system works - it works. The only reason I wasn't a huge fan of it is because a lot of the time, there's a huge disconnect between what group owners want vs. what's feasible. For example, group owners will be like "168 hours of playtime a week for valor," or whatever and it's just completely unrealistic. But, bloxx and rb have made the system work pretty well.

I had moved around alot in usm and had enjoyed almost nothing I served primarily in navair and marine air wing I faced alot of genstaff demanding my unit get removed I usually was a cpo you could never comfortably be in those units without some general creeping down your back

It's important to remember Lioditell, none of what's in this document is applicable. Meaning there's no reason to have people resign over nothing. The only thing here that might occur in that document is OCS closing for a short period then reopening after hell breaks loose. Everything else is made up. Plus, they answer to bigger people. I don't believe Syntax, Nick, and Cedwyn have these "great ideas" in their best interests if their as old school as I am. No group owner from ErichModels era would allow a Joint Chief of Staff to pull this shit. Secondly, it's obvious the paragraph at the beginning is a metaphor made up referring to the "perfect" USM, not an actual scenario. Other than this I completely agree with what you said in this video. You did a wonderful job breaking this down to the garbage it is. Someone should be able to speak the truth who isn't in the system and isn't held by the balls by a CO if they said something like this.

@@Liodite USM is like nature, it has a wonderful little thing called natural selection. The people trying pulling this shit will not get anywhere. It simply will not work to any degree. It's physically impossible. HQ is unable to even delegate down orders to execute this if they were told to because it makes no sense. There is no way to organize such a summer event, there is no way to make good officers without OCS. They know this. If they really wanted to speak their mind they would've mentioned how their removing all special units, but they know people wouldn't stand for it.

I still remember how, before I resigned and told my battalion I was leaving, that the one thought passed my mind, 'Were rb and bloxx good leaders?' At the time I shrugged it off but looking back, I still can't get off my mind how they were shit, along with codyy and a few other irrelevant morons, who literally had no idea what he was doing in command of the 3rd Army. I tried joining 1MAW one month ago but it didn't feel the same.

This is straight facts and why I keep on leaving the group. And I personally hate the point system, it’s so in-efficient to anyone in a command position. Points have to be manually awarded in most instances. They closed 2MD which was a division I was in for over 2 years and they just shut it down. The whole get rid of other instructor division like MAFS or others is also stupid as that’s literally the only logical way to hand out licences. Blox and rb are both brothers so although they have made it seem like it’s several people’s view it is basically just one of there views. Also, WHY THE HELL ARE THEY GETTING RID OF OCS that’s literally free ranking and it just means that we’re going to get more and more retarted officers who are meant to be in charge of the whole division. Rb and Bloxx are basically taking complete control of the group. Change my mind.

2020-2021 2MD was really was really the best time of my life in USM 1940's. I tried joining other divisions after that time, but it simply didn't feel the same. Even though I am 2 months late, thankfully Bloxx and RB are officially gone, though their corruption never leaves the group, fuck bloxx, fuck RB, litteraly fuck the Supreme Command. Syntax's USM has and never will have a perfect HQ, it just get's trash over the years. Of course there come's memories, but now it's just time to let that stay in the past and move on from it. And also this video was definitley worth the ban, just never let the corrupt HQ get you. Of course the navy also finally came back, it's just doesn't feel the same anymore💀. There's barley anything that I was interested into in USM. Now we just let USM fall into the Gates of Hell until the group goes away.

ik im 1 year late but im starting to dislike USM 1940’s, i joined in 2020 for fun and i got that till late 2021, it was stale, i tried everything and learnt that most divisions were crappy, most marine divisions at the time were lead by idiots, army was just there, and air force was barely being touched apon, now late 2023 and i kinda wanna leave, i hate the new high command with supreme leader of china issablle just being a horrible leader, as well as having rb and bloxx running USM, (rb’s a nice dude, just not good a leading a whole group) the usm is still gaining members but its lacking what it used to be, i switched over to crashes and i enjoy it, why? cause the leaders aren’t idiot twelve year olds who can’t properly do there job, as well as having a decent high command, i don’t reccomend bloxx’s USM now with what i mentioned, don’t bother joining it, three wasted for me only to than learn my high commands are stupid
