So, interesting very, very interesting. I believe the first thing we should do is maneuver our right flank billmen out of charge range of the enemy elites. Next our skirmishers should do a similar maneuver to get them out of charge range. (A half maneuver and shoot if that gets them out of charge range, shoot the elites). Next the archers should shoot the enemy archers then the crossbow men should fire on the enemy archers or on the elites in range. Finally, the billmen are to charge the enemy archers. On to glory!

I'd shoot with archers and crossbowmen to enemy archers, followed of a charge of the billmen of the left flank. The billmen on the right side Must stay away from the elite enemy infantry while the skirmishers give cover to them shooting to the elite infantry. Come on, men!
