@@BuddhaSunnI can vouch for the comment that Nicola made. I started taking it approximately 3 months ago and it instantly made a huge difference. As for your question: I take them in a capsule form. If you’re new I recommend taking about 250mg one pill per day. And over time you can increase the dosage. Just remember don’t take it at night take them in the morning preferably with heathy fats like almonds or peanuts or anything even taking it with your breakfast is fine. I’m now trying 550mg dosage and it’s even better and no side effects. If you do have some form of a blood clotting issue I would advice not to take it until you do proper research or ask your physician. Hope this helps :)

We have never promoted drugs. We say that there is definitely a place for medicine for some. In fact our entire platform is about lifestyle and natural things such as greens, blue berries, fiber, exercise, sleep, etc. But where there is no data and its only anecdote or hearsay we will shed light. In all cases science and scientific method should prevail, otherwise we will be following a million anecdotal products. I hope this was helpful. If the scientific method is not to your liking then this definitely is not your platform. Much love either way.

Gotta say what a bummer it is that their scores reduced after discontinuing use of the mushroom. Lasting effects would be more indicative of "neurogenesis" I would think. Anecdotally, I have some experience of consuming lion's mane whole mushrooms with perceivable cognitive effects. The effects are powerful enough in my case for me to suspect that the compounds are tipped in the favor of neuro-stimulation rather than neuro-generation.

I’m honestly skeptical of studies since there are so many factors that can play into the outcome. Like what were the dosages tested? What species of Lionsmane did they test? Because just one type of mushroom species can have a million different variants. For example, Cordyceps have over a thousand different variants. So there are a lot of factors that can influence the outcomes beyond just human error. Another factor just being the time. how long the mushroom was taken. Like the results would differ based on short term vs long term usage. Another thing I would add: the human nervous system is pretty similar to other animals like mice, so it’s rare to see no correlative benefits. For example, An antidepressant that works on lobsters also works on humans because we share a similar nervous system. (This was actually tested). So I wouldn’t just dismiss animal studies. Usually when we see different results in mice and humans it’s due to some external influence such as dosage to body mass, or environmental factors. I’m not an expert tho so take what I said with a grain of salt 😂 This is just a personal antidote but I started taking lions-mane about two years ago. I immediately started noticing colors I never seen before. I was semi color blind my whole life but I never really noticed it. Things were just grey and dull looking. Taking high doses of the lions mane made the world come alive in vivid colors. It was like walking around in a Van Gogh painting or something. I felt like my vision in general just improved while taking it. Another strange thing that happened: I had a lot of nerve damage from an accident like ten years ago. After about a year of taking Lionsmane the nerve damage literally repaired itself. Idk how to explain that, but thought it would be worth sharing.. Paul Stamets does a lot of research into this sort of stuff; so I would recommend checking out some of his videos if your interested in learning more about it. 👍

Try it yourself this is just another person spewing a random study with no sources, not saying it works but you don’t know till you try

Yeah try it for yourself. It’s natural so depending if your body is lacking something, then it might help. Like if you’re really deficient in magnesium and you take it you’ll notice it. But if you aren’t and you think you are, then you’ll say it doesn’t work. Give it a try.

yeah, we definitely should just let you cut chunks out of us and prescribe toxic crap that does nothing. I mean if we heal then where does the money come from? I have lost all respect for doctors over the past few decades. I'll wait until AI develops and I won't have to deal with the corrupt healthcare system anymore.
