I think this video appeared well timed with the holy week, as the location relates. The terrace is a nice spot, what with the view out of it. Many of the properties have that feeling of home but the details spell luxury.

Appears a very claustrophobic place, no views from the eindows shown, the view from the terrace is mostly on the walls, yes, its possible to see a glimpse of Castel San Angelo if you climb the wall...

This week’s Rome property is a brilliant diamond. Forgive me, but how, why would a homeowner put such a valuable beauty up for sale? This property is a ready-made home; all move-in elements are in place. In fact, if I didn't have my heart set on the Umbria Gubbio region; Stefanie you know the marvelous villa that I wish had my name on the front door? I would be compelled to make an offer on this charming Rome property -- all lighting fixtures, furnishing, books, paintings, curtains, and floor treatments. I'm sure this property will sell very fast. In my travels, I remember reading that an old Italian tradition was to pack up and transport the family stove when moving. Considering the cost of today’s high-end kitchen appliances; they add to the sale price if left in place. I’m madly in love with the kitchen. It's small, but for a penthouse, It’s amazing. Hi Stefanie how you've been? I love this penthouse and i love the location. My only issue is the size which is on the smaller side but other than that i think it's okay. By the way is this staged or does everything come with the house when purchased?

Hi Francis, I have been well how about you? The location to of the penthouse is in my opinion perfect, I lived not far from there in the past and it was like a dream come true. The house does not come with the furniture in it, thoes belong to the owners! :) - Stefanie
