For a while there I thought Aladdin and Jasmine would fly by on their magic carpet. I actually had my fingers crossed. On a serious note, you have a winner here. The villa resembles those in Santorini, and I like every inch of it for the most part. The private beach access for me is the main draw. It leads to the shore which is arguably the sweetest spot one can have to enjoy a much needed quiet time and to commune with God before and after a day’s work. From a creative standpoint, the camera work, the choice of music, and the editing are spot-on. The walkthrough was a walk in the park. Stefanie had every description of every noteworthy feature the property has to offer down to a tee. She’s brilliant. 👏

Thar property and location is what the word 'spectacular' is reserved for. Wow. And it is such a blank canvas that whoever is the lucky new owner could add their own colour scheme to. I think I'd add some pastel pinks and blues to break up the white.

That beach! I've never seen anything like it on the Mediterranean! And, oh my, that sunset was magical. But the bedrooms are tiny and with those kids beds, look funny. Property definitely needs a pool.

Unusual architecture, almost seems Moorish to me. The all white is very cool at the beach. Hot tub party on the roof! A magnificent beach and I bet those sunsets are amazing. Plenty of special spots to lounge with a glass of Chianti and watch the sun go down. Thanks Stefanie and Lionard... have to google this location!

This location is very particular given the fact that it is a long strip of land contained between 2 bodies of water... stunning surroundings :) The villa is spectacular, very unique architecture and I agree... lots of great places to enjoy a nice glass of wine - Stefanie

I am in love! Of course like everyone else with Stefanie but more with this amazing property.....it looks very similar to the Hamptons in New York which has amazing beaches. This home design seems to have a Greek influence but still pure Italian. Are the beaches somewhat private? It does not look like people can easily park nearby so mostly residences have the dominant access? 💓 the artwork and interior design. Love the simple but modern kitchen. Well done Stefanie as always! The views are lost on walled rooms with small doors needs opened up towards the ocean more the interior is very higgly piggly ,terraces are beautiful however front structure totally lets this amazing view down not impressed at all with this designer house ! Well each to their own i suppose .
