Dear Stefanie, you have shown us many beautiful properties...this one - is, at least for me, the most spectacular, stunning and quintessential of all (except perhaps the Ephrussi) the villas on the Côte d'Azur! I really enjoyed this tour, the production quality of your videos is breath-taking and Stefanie is an amazing host. You didn't provide English translation for the closing few sentences in Italian but I think I was able to figure out 80% of it 😊 I like it when Stefanie sometimes switches from English to Italian, it's a nice change and it adds a special little touch to your videos.

Hooray! Our beautiful Italian/Canadian host is finally back with another fantastic property! I'll bet Silvio had some pretty good parties here! De todas as villas que você apresentou, essa foi a que mais gostei! Encantadora! Só não gostei do cipreste bloqueando a vista do mar. Não vi um elevador na casa principal. Esses dois itens são fáceis de resolver. Fiquei muito curioso em saber o preço. Adoro as suas apresentações, principalmente quando fala em italiano. Si può discutere sulla coerenza tra le caratteristiche strutturali della proprietà (stile, muratura) e quelle dei mobili (fantastico il trono, magari un po' più grande era meglio) e degli interni in generale. Nulla da dire sulla distribuzione degli spazi esterni e sulla varietà degli scorci, solo meno statue (non è la villa di Adriano) ma, lasciandole invecchiare, acquisiranno forse più carattere

A villa with immeasurable beauty for certain but the interior design is hideous. It's so gaudy it actually takes away from the natural beauty of the buildings. Simplicity would have been a wiser choice.

These videos would be truly enjoyable to watch if the it would not be so choppy. The person who is the photographer needs to really SLOW DOWN when he/she is in the interiors of the propertis being offered for sale. I find myself getting jittery watching it. It is NOT PROFESSIONAL but rather quite amauterish. Too bad, otherwise, it would be fun tp watch it.
