Well, this is it. This is my dream Italian Villa. I've watched countless videos like this, but this one is my absolute favorite. I love how much history it has, but has been updated to have modern conveniences. The monastery architectural features. The one of a kind Valentino doors. The frescos, fireplaces, and original rock formations. The repurposed tiles, the views, the terraces. The orange and lemon trees. The gym and the pool. And did I mention I'm obsessed with the furnishing and decor... plush and modern, but also keeping the Italian history. And let's not get started on that blue room. Absolute perfection. The only thing that makes me sad is I'm just a day (or many) and a dollar (or millions) too late.

Just.. WOW! So much history, so many works of art... and those views! This must be a 50 million bucks estate 🤩. Nowhere else in the world you get to have something like this, that’s why I love Italy. They could have done a full movie here, rather than just a video.. so many questions! Why are the marvellous Rudolph Valentino doors there? Your presentation is professional and relaxing. This is a dream paradise. I was a real estate agent for 5 years in PEI (Canada) did both my courses in Quebec where the laws are Civil Code while PEI is commonwealth so all the regulations are different. True, she was the American Tobacco heiress, and a billionaire in today's money. Interestingly, her home for many decades in Beverly Hills was "Falcon Lair", the estate previously owned by Rudolf Valentino, the silent screen idol. Apropos of this video, it really begs the question as to whether the harp and the beautiful doors shown in this excellent video came in some sort of package deal from someone who purchased the contents of the house, perhaps after Doris Duke's death. Doris Duke died at her Falcon's Lair home on October 28, 1993, at the age of 80. Almost 30 years ago now.

I much prefer ultramodern, industrial, minimalist (some would say, sterile), high-tech mansions with infinity pools, big dimmable glass windows, etc., but, while to clumsy for Me to won, I can very well see the charm of this villa, its yard and its location. A lovely, lovely place in its own right. My ex, no question, would absolutely love this property, its whereabouts and its interior! Also, the lot strikes Me as very pleasant lodgings when credit card cycle touring, etc.
