I just love it .... I don't know how to explain ... to be honest, I am speechless. The villa, its rooms, the garden, and obviously the view ... There's an air of ancient Rome about that villa, Like one of those historical "Blood and Sandals" television shows. The Emperor or a wealthy noble holding court inside. Very lavish, A profound atmosphere to go to sleep in and wake up to.

That is one of the most Beautiful Houses I have ever seen Danilo. It maintains the beauty as you go through the place. And that pool, so beautiful, and indoors with the vaulted ceiling. The Villa is a work of art. I can not help but think about how many things, and what things happened in front of the fire. lol You can see the cars driving on the road from your aerial camera shot. Getting out of your front door with that view as you walk down those stairs is a dream come true indeed. I'm not sure, however, whether I'd like to walk back upstairs on a rainy evening lol. Those stairs are the only thing that put me off. I like to live in a walkable environment where my car can stay parked for days on end. Although my Cinquecento would fit well there. ;)
