In the heart of the aristocratic district of Chiaia, in Naples, just a stone's throw from the seaside, this prestigious 1,300 sqm apartment is for sale, occupying the entire Piano Nobile of a historical building. Good morning Stephanie what a humongous space of palace-fit for a king and queen. All I can see for such large estates is hotels. How could anyone in these times afford such an expense. It’s sad to me we in America tear down historical places, it’s a travesty, no honor in craftsmanship. Stone and marble lasts eternally and is really the proper way for longevity. It is spectacular in so many ways. That fireplace in green red and black I want lol! The chandeliers 😃😃😃. Thank you for showing us magnificence 🌟🙏🏻❤️

Beautiful place. Very tastefully done. And Im not an expert on this kind of property especially one in Naples, But I think they will not be able to get 15 million for this. Maybe 8 million ? But even then, it is not clear what is for sale. Is it the whole building or just the two main floors of a four story building ? And/or, does it include the outer buildings on the same lot?

The client for this property is likely a company, not a family. My uncle owns a palace of this size in a small village in Italy and it’s basically worthless (no tourism there and he already lives in another house). That said, it’s Naples, not Milan. So 8 to 10 millions is probably more realistic. But again, you have to know what to do with it.

Great art in this one, Naples is beautiful, the house is amazing. I love the little out buildings. The scale is wonderful, it’s expansive yet comfortable, the rooms are a lovely size….but it’s the light in the home that is so amazing…… would have loved to see the roof.
