Very nice engine I have a conrail #1976 lionel legacy ES44ACE but on 0 54 it can go on the curve but it will rip the cars off because the coupler needs a bigger curve is that normal?

My Mu hose broke on my fec es44ac, I can see the one in the video also did break. Lionel should do something about it, although it doesn't really bother me

The orange hose is an MU hose, not a fire hose. MU is 'multiple unit' allowing more than one unit to be put in a consist. Realistically speaking, the lead engine doesn't need an MU hose in the front, as there is no engine in front of it. So, a small mishap makes the engine look more realistic :)
