Kamen rider has their own version of Baton pass. Sometimes they do this at the end of the final episode of a season but they also do an actual press/event for the hand-off from the previous actor to the next one. It was so emotonal

This year marks the 20th year of the hand-off culture. It's a ritual I look forward to every year, as it feels like the Red Rangers, who have protected the Earth for a year, are saying to the next generation of Red Rangers, "I'm leaving the peace of Earth to you!" "Of course, senpai!"

Actually kamen rider was planning on this, but the ritual cancelled by unknown reason. Only some photo sample left like Faiz and Blade stand together henshin as similar hands off

In Kamen Rider there is no hand off, only in Super Sentai there is a hand off
