illegal use of the hands is a foul if a player "thrusts his hands forward above the frame of an opponent to contact him on the head, neck, or face" - Rule 12 Section 1 Article 3 of the NFL rulebook. Trey Flowers hand was at DBak's throat, for at least the first penalty. The second one, I'm not too sure about.

I’m a falcons fan and I remember a couple years ago we went against the lions and it came down to the last play. The 10 second runoff made the lions lose. Packers literally got away with 8 or ten missed calls. 13 men on def Face mask by Amos Face mask by bakhtari twice and their other OL Play clock reaching double zero twice and not called Packers td should be ruled down at the 1 yard line or reviewed to make sure he had full control of the ball cause Lazard never had full control of the ball and his knee hit the ground. The far side judge, who can't even see the ball, overrules the nearside judge with the perfect view? The looks down the goalline show it was impossible for the ball to make it across when his shoulder was hit and driven back with the ball tucked against his chest. The announcers, who were terrible all night, made it worse. They were all over the Lions all night. They argued every call in favor of the Lions, even after reviews overturned them. They'd stop midsentence when criticizing a call against the Lions, like that mysterious hold on the Packers that brought a 10 yard gain back. The first half was all Lions getting the calls. Packers were killing themselves enough in the 1st half, the refs were trying to put them away. 2nd Half was just redemption. They sucked, I don't dispute that. But please don't even try to pretend like it was all in favor of the Packers.
