It looks like a good product but I don't understand why it has the USB C cord sticking out of it. What would you plug that into? Wouldn't you connect it to your computer with a USB A to A cable?

Any trouble with your Mac recognizing your external hard-drives? I bought a Lion Wei 8 in 1 USB-A or USB-C Hub and our new iMac (January 2022) isn't recognizing it.

Hello there Greg, i have an a question to ask, i have a very similar lionwei device (14 in 1,) it has 2 usb C-PD ports, is it safe to spread more power to the HUB using my laptop usb c charger into the C-PD input on the hub , whilst the short cable (hardwired) from the hub is plugged into a usb c add in card on a desktop pc. normaly this setup would go straight in to a laptop and chage the laptop, is it safe to power the hub with the charger for any extra power it needs whilst also being connected to the desktop PC. many thanks for the video regards James

I just figured out that the 2 monitors for Mac can only work in mirror mode so one of the HDMI's is plugged in the macbook's HDMI. It works but not how I intended. I just wanted to be able to plug the hub in and that's it. First world problems I suppose.

Definitely works. Would have been nice on the mac if it would have supported 2 external monitors that were not mirrored. But still a nice adapter. Definitely a great option for those on Windows.

Unfortunately no. its just and HDMI out. For in you would need a capture card
