Ultra is hylacross technology and volift is vycross. Basically vycross has high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and hylacross is just one weight

Sometimes you can disguise it with filler, there is also something called Desoface, and there has been a study on malar oedema with doxycycline sclerotherapy
