This is crazy, ive been subliminally doing these drills for years just because i thought it sounded and felt cool... I never knew these were actual things you can do to improve yourself but it makes sense.. Thank you for reveiling something so obvious but yet hidden in plain sight. I will now subscribe to your channel you have earned it.. I also make music in many genres and sing as well. Its always been a hobby of mine to make and try different things. So i appreciate your insight. 👍

I can do the lip and throat trill, but I have always had trouble with the tongue trill. So hard.

I can do all of them lip trills and tongue trills are easiest for me and I couldn't do the the back of the throat with soft palate at first but tried few times and I mastered it

As for the last excercise... I managed to do a similar sound, but only using (eugh, Sorry) a bit of saliva back there. as if I was doing mouthwash . So I Guess It was not correct... 🤔

But one's lips are not naturally loose. Without pushing mouth edges or cheeks around trying to find a spot it simply doesn't happen; ever. And that's before trying to make a note too. Goodness knows how some manage to demonstrate it, I think it must be genetic differences. Tongue rolls seem fairly easy, but I'm unsure I'm not just doing the uvula roll and fooling myself. Don't think that I am. Uvula rolls I've been able to do for as long as I can remember.

Put your lips together, tense them, not too too much, but tense them. Then blow a bunch of air out.
