Yes, such a cool concept for makeup! I just definitely didn't follow the "rules" for what contrast I think I am, which is low contrast. 😄 Glad you enjoyed the video!! Yesss on being a huge fan of Revlon lipsticks!! They're so so good!! 😍

Oh my goodness… When I first clicked on the video that was the first thing that came to mind because I just watched the video from Jen Phelps about contrast make up. You are totally rocking that ox blood,though. Have had to change my makeup style around a bit because my hair is much more blonde as I’m getting older. It’s much easier to hide thegray. It always looks strange to me if my make up is too dark now.

Hi Leslie that deep red lip is really stunning on you. Perhaps a nod to the Halloween season with the black top and rich lip colour? 😂 I've been kind of boring by comparison with the plums and mauves again this week. I did wear a more nude lip with it however, rather than being completely tonal. It's been more about the Autumnal/Fall clothes and matching or coordinating with the makeup tbh. I have been wearing a slightly stronger brow as I'm using a brow pen right now and that has given me a bit more structure to the eye thus allowing for softer shadow looks. Best wishes x

Fun video! I think you are medium contrast actually. That's why you can get away with wearing dark colors like black. When you have fair skin, you have to have light blonde hair to be low contrast. One way to be certain is to use a black & white filter on your photo. If you're low contrast, nothing will stand out and your hair and face will blur together. I hope that helps.

Oh good tip!! Maybe so! And honestly, it totally depends on what lighting I'm in. Sometimes my hair looks much lighter blonde and then sometimes deeper. I never change it (highlight it or dye it) so it must just be the lighting changing or what I've used on it 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

..mhhh...why is everyone suddenly talking about high and low contrast 😅is this one of the "new" tiktok buzzwords that's really an old thing people have been doing for decades? I saw Kacki beauty do a video weeks ago about something like that. It's like people think they just invented makeup 😂
