Yikes, BBL's sag with time. This makes me happy to be European. I will never need a BBL. 😂 (European men want butts that are as small as possible, not large).

If you have always had a little double chin fat and get lipo at a healthy weight but then lose weight and gain again, can it just go right back there since I genetically gain there?

Depends on how much weight you're talking about. Generally, you cannot gain fat where you've had lipo, but if you gain 50lbs, then you would gain some in the lipo spot and elsewhere.

This series is fantastic! Dr. Killeen is so knowledgeable- My only gripe is that she left me hanging talking about non-invasive methods! 🥹😂 I had 2 vials of Kybella but I feel so silly considering liposuction because it seems to have done nothing 😢
