Well Su4ita, I feel somewhere in this video you should have mentioned that all this happens due to some hypocrite men and women who still believe that old customs must be followed no matter what. There is a bit of generalisation in your view which sees all men as culprit. Although, I would love to support this movie by watching in theatre, it seems difficult as it is slightly uncomfortable to tell this movie name to elders in house.

I watched this movie and to some extend it was good , the lead characters were suppressed by there families but the character of #aahanaKumra was way more NOT acceptable , it would be a big blunder if girls goes on to say about her character as women freedom of choice and empowerment ,feminism AND so on ...these great words really don't go for women with such choices ....ab ispar ladne mat lag jana what she did is a 'REVOLUTION" .In short characters of #PlabitaBorthakur#KonkonaSenSharma were for feminism,empowerment ...#RatnaPathak's character was about her wild longlost fantasies and her secret desires whch really doesn't seems to be a big problem and people mght feel sorry for her . And now comng to the most THARKI character of #LUMB #aahanaKumra ...seriously don't worship her character And don't get inspired

The Patriarchy is founded on the concept of power- that men are more powerful, and whichever is powerful shall rule others. You know what else is only about power and not sexuality or concept of love - Rape. It sexually satisfies a man to rape a women coz he feels powerful doing so. Hence, rape is existent in extremely strict but regressive societies in middle east,too, where often it is used as a form of punishment for a woman who challenges patriarchy even in the slightest. *And in India a husband can rape his wife by law* I know, so messed up, right!! It is toxic stuff, bro, nonetheless, true. It's all about power in the jungle for these toxic men. If women talk about sexuality openly, like men do, their power is gone and that's the place where these rants of women being sluts and manipulative comes from--a hurt power hungry fragile male ego. *To a privileged person used to discrimination, equality feels like oppression* Also, dude, your sentence that women misuse freedom is sexist and is based on assumption that you, the master, has given them that freedom, and it is not their right.
