grace!! try castor oil instead of a lash serum - it takes a couple of weeks to notice a difference but if you're consistent, it's so much more effective! it works great for your brows too!!

I used to get the leg and foot cramps a lot, it means you're calcium deficient (im lactose intolerant so I have to take a calcium supplement). The supplement I take is calcium magnesium (I love how magnesium helps with my sleep, I take it before bed too!), but you have to take magnesium 2-3 hours before or after other supplements, otherwise it for some reasons makes them not work
