I think this milk should be more transparent but in general it looks nice
@HarriRobins3 жыл бұрын
milk isn't transparent though. But I do know what you mean, it needs to have light go through it. I'm sure if this was in Blender or other 3D software you would be able to get a proper shader that emulate how milk acts

I would’ve dropped the opacity on the milk a little bit to make it just slightly more see-through because with it so opaque and white it looked kind of unrealistic and very much like an effect.

Ive been a fan of yours since 2014. You are a great teacher of film. I often wonder what holds you back from making your own feature. I have made 3 so far and I think we are of similar age. I would love to see you do your low budget, no effects, documentary style run and gun film, similar to Comedy starring Tim Heidecker (they shot that for almost nothing). Comedy wasn't the greatest movie in the world, but I think your take would be much more entertaining, especially with a bigger emotional element. I did a feature like that back in 2013 and it is what surprisingly got me into working on bigger projects and I am developing a show bible to pitch to studios. I guess what I am saying is that unless some contract is holding you back, then just make a movie already. I mean that in the nicest way possible. Even if you just released it on Amazon you know that your core audience would at least see it. I've met too many guys who were worried about not having all of the budget and gear and it never works. If you want to make movies, make a movie! If it's remotely good I would watch it like 5 times.

Hi. Do you know how to apply i and o shortcut in After effect? I could use it before, but nowadays I can't use it anymore for an unknown reason. Apparently, I click the target clip for the i or o shortcut and the language is English. I couldn't find the answer, and the shortcut setting didn't change it at all.
