Lisa Dear's lifelong connection to nature and her background in Fine Art inspire her to create thoughtful and practical baskets that bring beauty and functionality to everyday life. Primarily self-taught in basketry, she has also trained with experienced makers in the South East to hone her skills. Lisa's baskets reflect her aim to live harmoniously with nature, a value developed during her time living off-grid. Her work combines traditional basketry techniques with aspects of contemporary design, resulting in unique and artful pieces.
