The only other time that happens is with the NPC who warns you before you go to fight Satan.

@@Dr.MyfatBALLSinOhio If you sleep at the very first campfire in the game after getting all the materials for the boat, Brad gets trapped in an extensive Nightmare about his past and you have to fight a giant Joy-fueled Manifestation Of Marty. Its framed more as a giant raid/assault, with 3 phases. This song is phase one where its a shadow/echo of your current party.
